Terms of use

Use it lawfully

Do not use Nightroll for anything illegal, or to harm, deceive or harass anyone. That includes fraud, phishing, fake or forged documents, spam, malware, infringing other people’s rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy), and creating or sharing illegal content. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write, create, print, share or generate with the tools. Documents and templates are starting points: check that they meet the legal and tax rules that apply to you. Calculators give estimates, not financial, legal, tax or medical advice.

Shared links and live rooms

Links you share are deleted on the date shown on the page, and may be removed sooner if they are reported or appear to break these terms. Report abuse to [email protected]. Do not try to overload the service or get around its limits.

AI tools

The AI tools run on your own OpenRouter account, so OpenRouter’s terms and the usage policies of the model providers also apply to you. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate: check it before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use what the models produce.

Messaging

The messaging tools send push notifications, text messages and emails with your own ntfy, Twilio and SendGrid accounts, whose terms also apply to you. Only message people who agreed to hear from you, follow the laws on consent, spam and marketing where they live, and include a way to opt out where the law requires it. No bulk, marketing or unsolicited messages, no impersonation and no phishing. You are the sender and responsible for every message and its cost. Sending is limited to a few recipients at a time, and I may block or stop the email relay for anyone who misuses it.

Third-party services

Nightroll relies on other services, such as Cloudflare (delivery), Google AdSense (ads) and OpenRouter (AI tools). Their own terms and policies apply when you use them through Nightroll, and Nightroll is not responsible for them.

Use it at your own risk, no warranty

You use Nightroll entirely at your own risk. The site and every tool are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including that they are accurate, complete, reliable, secure, fit for a particular purpose or always available. Check every document, calculation, AI result and message yourself before you rely on it, send it or act on it; you are responsible for the decisions you make with it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nightroll and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or its tools, including the results of calculations, generated documents, AI output and costs charged by third parties.
