💸 Nightroll makes $0 from the AI tools. Using the site is free: no subscription, no markup, no referral fees. Every dollar you spend goes to OpenRouter for the models you use.
💸 Buttons with a money emoji send your request to OpenRouter and can cost money, billed to your OpenRouter account, unless you use a free model. Nothing else on these pages calls OpenRouter: nothing is ever sent while you type or in the background.

Using the AI tools means agreeing to Nightroll’s terms of use and to OpenRouter’s terms, including not using them for anything illegal.

      Recommended. Some models have no such provider; turn this off if a model refuses. Nightroll stores nothing, but cannot speak for what OpenRouter or providers keep.

      Saved results

      Every AI result (text, pictures, conversations) is saved in this browser the moment it arrives, even while it is still being written, and kept for 30 days, up to 200 results; the oldest are removed first. It never leaves this browser.

      How to get set up

      1. Create an account at openrouter.ai.
      2. Add credit on its credits page. A few dollars go a long way: most requests cost a fraction of a cent. Free models also work, with daily limits.
      3. Click Connect OpenRouter above and approve. OpenRouter creates a key for Nightroll in your account and hands it to this browser only.
      4. Optional: on OpenRouter’s keys page, give that key a credit limit so it can never spend more than you choose.
      5. Pick a model below. Every AI tool uses it, and the cost of each request is shown with the result.

      Frequently asked questions

      Why do I need my own OpenRouter account?
      So you pay the model providers directly, at OpenRouter’s prices, with nothing added. Nightroll never handles your money or your prompts.
      Can Nightroll see my prompts or my key?
      No. Your browser sends them straight to OpenRouter; they never pass through Nightroll’s server. The AI privacy page explains how.
