Your documents stay in your browser

Everything you type into a document tool is processed in your browser and saved only in your browser’s local storage, so your draft is there when you come back. It is never uploaded to my server. The same goes for the details you save under “Your details” and any logo you add. Clearing your browser’s site data, or using “Start over”, deletes it.

Links you share

Some tools work by sharing a link: polls, sign-up sheets, RSVP pages, checklists, one-time secrets, pastes and wishlists. What you put into those is stored on my server only for as long as the link needs it, and every page shows the exact deletion date: at most 30 days, often far less (one-time secrets are deleted the moment they are opened, and they are encrypted in your browser so I cannot read them). The same goes for names, votes and replies that other people add. Live rooms (retro boards, Q&A, trivia) are never written to disk: they exist in memory while people are connected. Secret Santa, the team randomizer and the decision matrix store nothing on my server at all; their results travel inside the link.

What my server records

No accounts and no sign-up. Beyond the shared links above, my server keeps anonymous counts only: how many times each page is viewed and in which language, how many documents are printed and how many links are created. It does not store IP addresses and does not set cookies. To stop abuse it keeps a scrambled form of your IP address in memory for one minute to count requests, and then forgets it. Requests pass through Cloudflare, my network provider, which processes them under its privacy policy.

AI tools

The AI tools work with your own OpenRouter account. Every AI request made on this website goes from your browser straight to openrouter.ai and never passes through my server, which only counts how many requests each AI tool started and how they ended. Your OpenRouter key stays in your browser. Details, including what OpenRouter and model providers may keep, are on the AI privacy page.

What stays in your browser, and for how long

Documents, “Your details”, settings and the theme: in this browser until you clear them (“Start over”, “Forget”, or your browser’s site data). What you type into AI tools: until you close the tab. Your OpenRouter key and messaging credentials: until you disconnect or remove them. AI results (text, pictures, conversations): saved as they arrive and kept 30 days, up to 200 results, the oldest removed first; delete them any time on each tool or in the AI settings. None of it is sent to my server. Some browsers (notably Safari) clear a site’s data after a few weeks without a visit, so download what you want to keep.
