How to make a sign-up sheet

  1. Add a title, the event date and a line for each spot (bring drinks, 9-10am shift…), with how many people each needs.
  2. Share the link. People click a free spot and type their name.
  3. Check the sheet any time with Refresh. Download a copy before the event.

Frequently asked questions

Can people remove their name?
Yes, from the same browser they signed up on. As the organizer you can clear any spot.
Can I reuse a sheet next time?
Yes. Your browser keeps every sheet you made; click “Use again” to start a new one from it.
How long is my data kept?
Until the day after the event date, and never more than 30 days. Then the sheet is deleted from my server.
