Curling or missing shingles
Shingles that cup, buckle or blow off after a storm leave the deck underneath open to water.
Residential roofing · repair · replacement
We climb up, take photos of everything we find and show you on the ground before we quote a dollar. Repairs when a repair will do. Replacement only when it won’t.
Know what to look for
Roof problems start small and get expensive. You can spot most of these from the yard or the attic, no ladder needed.
Shingles that cup, buckle or blow off after a storm leave the deck underneath open to water.
Sand-like grit at the downspouts means the shingles are wearing out and losing their protection from the sun.
Brown rings or bubbling paint upstairs usually point to a slow leak that has been going on for a while.
If you can see light through the roof boards, water can get in too. Check around vents and chimneys.
A dip along the ridge or between rafters can mean a wet, weakened deck. Call before it gets worse.
Most asphalt roofs last 20–25 years. Even without leaks, an older roof is worth an inspection.
Free, no-pressure
Pick a slot online or by phone. Inspections take about 45 minutes, and you don’t need to be home if we can reach the attic access or you don’t need it checked.
We look at shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, the chimney and the attic underside, and take dated photos of every problem area.
You get the photos with plain-English notes: what’s urgent, what can wait, and what is fine. No jargon, no scare tactics.
A line-item quote for the repair or replacement, with materials, timeline and warranty spelled out. It stays valid for 30 days.
Choose with confidence
The most popular choice. Dimensional look, wide color range, and the best value for most homes.
Good wind resistance, easy to repair.
Long-lasting panels with hidden fasteners. Sheds snow and rain fast and reflects summer heat.
Higher upfront cost, lowest upkeep.
Thicker shingles rated for hail. In some areas they can lower your homeowner’s insurance premium.
Ask your insurer before you choose.
After hail or high wind
Storm damage isn’t always visible from the ground, and most policies have a deadline for filing. Here’s what to do in the first days after a storm.
Straight answers
Yes. We inspect, photograph what we find and give you a written estimate. There is no charge and no obligation, and we won’t pressure you to sign that day.
Most homes are torn off and re-roofed in one or two days. We tarp and protect landscaping, then run a magnetic sweeper over the yard and driveway for nails before we leave.
Sometimes, but we usually don’t recommend it. A full tear-off lets us check the deck for rot and gives the new roof its full lifespan.
Not for the work itself. We do need access to the driveway and an outdoor outlet, and we’ll walk the finished roof with you or send photos.
We can arrange monthly payment options for full replacements, subject to approval. Ask about it when we send your estimate.
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll call to set up an inspection, usually within two business days. Active leak? Say so and we’ll prioritize you.
