Leaks & burst pipes
Dripping faucets, leaking supply lines, pinhole leaks in copper and burst pipes. I find the source, not just the wet spot.
I’m a licensed plumber serving homeowners and landlords in Your City. You get a flat price before I start, a clean work area when I leave, and a one-year guarantee on the work.
Residential plumbing, start to finish. If it carries water into your home or takes it away, I can usually fix it the same visit, because the truck is stocked with the common parts.

Slow sinks, backed-up tubs and main line clogs cleared with the right tool for the pipe, from hand augers to a camera inspection.
Repair, flush or replace tank and tankless units. Most same-day replacements, with the old tank hauled away.
Running toilets, wobbly bases, new faucets, sinks, showers and garbage disposals, installed and sealed properly.
Pump replacements and battery backups so a power cut during a storm doesn’t mean a flooded basement.
Fast turnaround between tenants, photos of the work, and one invoice per unit so the paperwork is easy.
Call or send the form before noon and I’ll be there the same day for most jobs. Later in the day, I’ll give you the first slot the next morning, and I’ll tell you an honest arrival window rather than “sometime between 8 and 5.”
Saturdays are regular rates. Evenings and Sundays have a flat after-hours fee, which I tell you on the phone before I come out.
Yes, always. You get a flat price for the job once I’ve seen the problem. If it changes because of something hidden in the wall, I stop and ask first.
Shut off the water at the fixture’s valve, or at the main shut-off if the leak is bigger. Move valuables and electronics out of the way, and put down towels. If water is near outlets, keep clear and turn off that circuit at the panel if it’s safe.
Labor is guaranteed for one year. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and I register water heaters for you.
Send a few details and I’ll call or text you back with a time. For active leaks, call instead so I can talk you through shutting the water off.
