Before mow day
- Pick up toys, hoses and dog toys so nothing gets caught in the mower.
- Unlock the gate (or text us the code) on mow day.
- Let us know about sprinkler heads, invisible fences or soft spots.
- Keep pets inside while we’re working. We’ll text when we’re done.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Pay as you go, pause any time, and cancel with a text. The Full Season plan is billed monthly and can be stopped at the end of any month.
What if it rains on my day?
We shift to the next dry day and send you a text so you’re not left wondering.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use products labeled for residential lawns and leave a flag after every treatment. Most products are dry and safe for play once they’ve been watered in, usually the same day.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice by email after each visit or month. Card, bank transfer or check are all fine.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. We’re happy to send a certificate to your HOA or property manager.
