A standard clean covers the whole home, top to bottom. Here’s exactly what our team does in each room, so there are no surprises.
Kitchen
- Wipe counters, backsplash and cabinet fronts
- Clean the stovetop and outside of appliances
- Scrub and shine the sink and faucet
- Clean the microwave inside and out
- Sweep and mop the floor
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect toilet, tub and shower
- Clean mirrors and polish fixtures
- Wipe the vanity, counters and cabinet fronts
- Wash the floor, including behind the toilet
- Restock towels you leave out for us
Bedrooms
- Make beds, or change linens you leave out

Add-ons for deep cleans: inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, baseboards by hand, inside cabinets, and wall spot-cleaning. Move-in and move-out cleans include all of them.

Prices are per visit for a standard clean. Your first visit is a deep clean, priced at the one-time rate; after that, recurring visits get the lower rate.

Your first clean, step by step
- Tell us about your home. Fill in the form below with your bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you’d like us. We reply the same day with a price.
- Pick a day. Choose a regular day and a two-hour arrival window that works for you. Morning and afternoon slots are available Monday to Saturday.
- We do the deep clean. The first visit takes a little longer while we learn your home. We leave a short note of anything we noticed, like a loose tile or a leaky tap.
- Relax and repeat. The same team returns on schedule. Reply to any reminder text to skip, reschedule or add something extra.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key, a door code or a lockbox. We keep keys locked up and labeled with a number, never your address.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring vacuums, mops, cloths and our everyday cleaners. If you prefer we use your products, or you have stone counters that need something specific, just leave them out and tell us.
What about pets?
We love them. Let us know their names and whether they should stay in a room. We will never let a pet outside unless you ask us to.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean that area for free. No forms, just a text or email.
How do I cancel or skip a visit?
Give us 48 hours’ notice and there is no charge. Recurring plans can be paused for vacations at any time.
